Finding the perfect Package
This site is a specialist agent, solely supplying online vacation packages to Disneyworld in Orlando.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The ‘Custom Disney Packages’ tool enables customers to find vacation packages based on their family size, holiday dates etc.

The main menu is split into Information, Packages and Hotels.  However, there was no sub menu and you had to click around a lot to find the information you needed. The menu system certainly needs revamping to speed up and improve the customer experience. There is also no Contact Us, Site Map or Help on the home page.  Tut Tut.

Why is it different to other vacation package sites? What features or tools make this site stand out. We graded on innovation..

We liked the information they provide on individual parks which includes a big variety of touring ideas for different kinds of visitors (kids, special needs, honeymooners and more) as well as the video promos on the site.

We felt that some of these filters could have been incorporated into the main search tool to help tailor the type of ticket purchased.

At the moment the information and search tools are a little too disconnected for our liking and the advice given in one needs to be incorporated into the other.

Overall, some nice touches and good information on this site but it all needs stitching together a little better than it is at present.

Are there online discounts and deals here? Does the site offer savings for returning customers? We graded the extra value you can get for your buck..

The site says it provides great deals but we don’t get a sense of the markdowns.  Packages are provided without any reference to savings.

We would like to see their best offers marketed on a separate page so that customers can just shop for offers as opposed to going through the search tool and then wading through the results.

The prices on this site may be low but customers can’t easily identify the best deals.

WDW contains some useful information and does help customers to learn about the different parks, ticket types and online vacation packages on offer.

The navigation and presentation of information need improving but overall it does raise customers’ awareness of what is on offer and guides them to make informed purchases of Disney vacation packages.
