This site has an excellent search tool.  Not only does it do the basics in finding flights and hotels, but you can also filter results by individual cities, star rating and amenities.

There is an excellent Experience Finder tool which you can use to search by location and then refine by filters such as indulgence, coastal, outdoors, history, sightseeing, theme parks and coastal to find a holiday geared around your needs. There is also a gallery with photos and videos to showcase destinations.

This site has lots on offer and some great tools to help you find your way around.
