Making a booking online How easy is it to make a booking online or to amend an existing booking. How flexible are the search options? .

Although you can make a reservation online in theory; in practice it is quite another story. The resort booking calendars either all display full bookings until February 2012 (the last bookable date) or appear to be free but are subsequently not.

We failed to make a single reservation on this site!
