The reservation tool is simple and effective. Online bookings can be made at their various vacation resorts with payments by MasterCard, Visa plus other options. Those registering can enjoy swift future bookings.

Quality and quantity of images Are there enough images on the site to whet your appetite and are they of a decent quality? Are the photos too small? Do they give me a good idea of the resort inside and out?.

The navigation on this site is confusing. On entry there is no menu bar in sight and you are not quite sure of how to find your way around; it just dives straight into the search tool. The tool itself is clearly laid out and works fine although backtracking through processes was not simplified.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

Information includes hotel features and the low-down on each resort destination. Photos were of a high standard and along with the hotel descriptions gave a good insight into each location.

There is a beautiful array of photos on the Starwood Hotels site; these feature resort amenities, rooms, conference facilities and the local area.

Are there online discounts and deals here? Does the site offer savings for returning customers? We graded the extra value you can get for your buck..

Each listing has a section on hotel offers. There are also some great special deals listed either in the hotel offers section on the main menu or on the home page. These include an early booking offer with a 30% discount, African breaks with up to 40% discounts as well as free child meals and 50% off a second room. Some good deals here but we would like to see the addition of some last minute bargains too.
